重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院,神經(jīng)內(nèi)科副主任。副主任醫(yī)師,研究員,博士研究生導(dǎo)師。教育部長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者青年學(xué)者,重慶市杰出青年基金獲得者,重慶市十佳科技青年,重慶市學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人后備人選,重慶市青年專(zhuān)家工作室首席專(zhuān)家。現(xiàn)任重慶市醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)神經(jīng)內(nèi)科學(xué)分會(huì)副主任委員、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)神經(jīng)病學(xué)分會(huì)青年學(xué)組委員、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)神經(jīng)病學(xué)分會(huì)神經(jīng)調(diào)控協(xié)作組委員。任SCI期刊Translational Psychiatry編委。

2014年獲重慶市科委青年拔尖人才稱號(hào),2016年獲中國(guó)科協(xié)“青年人才托舉工程”、重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員,2017年獲重慶市市委組織部高層次人才、重慶市教委優(yōu)秀教師,2018年獲首屆生理協(xié)會(huì)腦科學(xué)青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)神經(jīng)內(nèi)科分會(huì)“十大杰出青年醫(yī)師”及重慶市教委十大杰出成果。

研究方向(含承擔(dān)課題)

近10 年來(lái)以發(fā)現(xiàn)的抑郁癥伴有顯著的微生物源代謝紊亂這一重要臨床新線索為起點(diǎn),鎖定腸道微生物組這一內(nèi)外環(huán)境的鏈接點(diǎn),拓展出抑郁癥的“微生物-腸-腦”軸這一新研究領(lǐng)域,聚焦于抑郁癥腸-腦機(jī)制及臨床轉(zhuǎn)化研究,利用大量臨床數(shù)據(jù)及高通量測(cè)序技術(shù),取得了成體系、有特色、具有一定國(guó)際影響力的原創(chuàng)成果:1. 率先挖掘出抑郁癥伴腸道微生物紊亂的臨床證據(jù),闡明了腸道微生物組紊亂是抑郁癥發(fā)病的潛在原因,并揭示其導(dǎo)致抑郁的 “腸-腦”代謝機(jī)制;2. 構(gòu)建首個(gè)抑郁猴及抑郁癥患者腸道宏基因數(shù)據(jù)集,明確擬桿菌科富集是抑郁癥的特征性改變;創(chuàng)新開(kāi)展“三步篩菌法”,鑒定出9種致抑郁擬桿菌菌種。
