基本情況

Philipp Khaitovich(菲利普·哈伊托維奇)博士,俄羅斯斯科爾科沃科學(xué)與技術(shù)研究所神經(jīng)生物學(xué)和大腦康復(fù)中心主任,德國(guó)馬普協(xié)會(huì)進(jìn)化人類學(xué)研究所資深研究員。先后主持中國(guó)科學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專項(xiàng)(B類)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金國(guó)際(地區(qū))合作與交流項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題等科研項(xiàng)目。 在Science, Nature Neuroscience等國(guó)際頂尖雜志發(fā)表SCI論文107篇?,F(xiàn)任PLoS BiologyBMC Genomics國(guó)際刊物編委。入選2012年中組部外專千人計(jì)劃,獲國(guó)家友誼獎(jiǎng)2013),中俄國(guó)家友誼獎(jiǎng)2015),上海市白玉蘭紀(jì)念獎(jiǎng)2013),中國(guó)科學(xué)院青年科學(xué)家國(guó)際合作獎(jiǎng)

研究方向(含承擔(dān)課題)

主要研究包括:(1)通過多組學(xué)整合,研究人腦從發(fā)育到衰老過程中的分子和調(diào)控機(jī)制;(2)通過比較人類和近緣靈長(zhǎng)類動(dòng)物腦部在發(fā)育衰老全過程中的轉(zhuǎn)錄組、代謝組、脂質(zhì)組等多種分子水平的變化,鑒定人腦特有的分子變化特征并據(jù)此探索人腦特有功能的進(jìn)化機(jī)制;(3)通過比較健康人腦和具有認(rèn)知相關(guān)疾病人腦在多種組學(xué)上的差異,研究人腦發(fā)達(dá)認(rèn)知能力形成的分子機(jī)制。通過構(gòu)建人腦和靈長(zhǎng)類大腦動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)化發(fā)育的高維圖譜,將有助于對(duì)已有的神經(jīng)生物學(xué)成果進(jìn)行整合,進(jìn)而對(duì)深入了解大腦的功能。
